You should not submit HR matters related to conflicts, promotions, salary deductions, grievances , performance evaluation, benefits etc. which have a separate governance procedure and not through this channel, and these will be closed without any review . Your reporting should be clear/concise, supported by legally binding evidence to allow us to investigate . If your reporting does not meet these requirements , we will not be able to assist or escalate the matter .
