Thank you for contacting WeListen – your ECA’s reporting channel . This channel is provided to you as part of the transparency and openness culture in ECA to protect its integrity . You should not submit HR matters related to conflicts, promotions, salary deductions, grievances , performance evaluation, benefits etc. which have a separate governance procedure and not through this channel, and these will be closed without any review . Your reporting should be clear/concise, supported by legally binding evidence to allow us to investigate . If your reporting does not meet these requirements , we will not be able to assist or escalate the matter . Please feel free any form of evidence that you may have obtained to report a suspicious activity (PDF, JEPG, Word, Screenshot etc.)
