The implementation of ECA’s mission, initiatives and programs would not be possible without the invaluable support and contributions of our partners, including individuals and organizations from various sectors. As we reflect on our achievements over the last 12 months, we reiterate our commitment to moving ahead with shared determination to continue working towards the achievement of the ambitious vision and goals outlined in the Abu Dhabi ECD Strategy 2035.
Over the past year, and thanks to the collaboration and support of our partners, we were able to accomplish several key milestones. These include establishing the National Academy for Childhood Development, launching the Childhood Insights Lab and the “Dama Al Aman” child protection system, recognizing those organizations that have earned the Parent-Friendly Label in its second cycle, launching the second edition of WED Movement at COP28, and launching the fourth cohort of the Anjal Z Techstars Founder Catalyst Program, among other key achievements described in this report.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of our employees and teams for the contributions that you have made to our efforts to reach our common goals. Your commitment and support has been and will continue to be integral to our success. I look forward to continue working with each of you to create a safe and supportive environment for children’s development in Abu Dhabi.
Together, we can continue to harness all of our shared capabilities to enable every child to reach their full potential, achieve the vision of our wise leadership, and fulfill our community’s aspirations to advance the continued development of the ECD sector towards excellence.
