Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority welcomes all licensed and qualified Vendors to register to be eligible to conduct business with us. Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority follows a systematic method to benefit the most from its external partnerships through the identification of prominent Vendors, who have the required experience to reduce expenditures to the minimum and increase profits at the same time. While we facilitate the registration, the overall process is managed by the Department of Government Support (DGS).

Dear Vendor

Department of Government Support has launched the Digital Marketplace – Abu Dhabi Procurement Portal powered by SAP Ariba to provide a unique digital experience and enhance transparency & efficiency of public procurement.

Vendors interested in doing business with Abu Dhabi Government Entities must complete the registration on SAP Ariba. The registration is a one-time activity, and it is centralised for Abu Dhabi Government Entities. Once registered, the profiles of Vendors are visible to buyers from all entities operating through the Procurement Gate (SAP Ariba).

To register as a new vendor on the Abu Dhabi Government Vendor Registration Portal, please make sure the below documents are available and ready for attachment.

Local Vendor (Abu Dhabi Vendor)

  • Commercial licence permitting economic activity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
  • Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
  • Authorization Letter on Company Letterhead for the Person Authorized to provide Vendor Information for Registration.
  • Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If Available).
  • VAT Certificate.

Northern emirate/freezone

  • Valid commercial license permitting economic activity in any Emirate or Freezone.
  • Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
  • Authorization Letter on Company Letterhead for the Person Authorized to provide Vendor Information for Registration.
  • Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If Available).
  • VAT Certificate.

  • Valid Certificate of Incorporation in English.

  • Valid tax registration certificate.
  • Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
  • Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If available).
